In May 2019, the Center for Religion and the Human hosted members of the "Politics of Religion at Home and Abroad" project, also funded by the Luce Foundation, for a capstone workshop. Among other presentations, Theologies of American Exceptionalism, the first in the new Center book series from IU Press, was introduced.
